We publish books that carry timeless wisdom in accessible form, drawing on traditions including Stoicism, Taoism, hermeticism, and other religious texts, the great Masters, the Sermon on the Mound, the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Egyptian Book of the Dead, Rumi, Carl Jung, and the gospel of Thomas, just to name a few.

Our organization exists to plant seeds of wisdom, not to sell answers. We believe timeless ideas, drawn across history's great traditions, belong to everybody. We help where help is needed.

OUR FOUNDER
I'm Gary Gertis, founder of THE REAL TRUTH Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to sharing love and knowledge through literature that matters.
I'm a military veteran, published author, and lifelong student of wisdom. I founded THE REAL TRUTH Inc. to share what I've learned from a life lived without illusions—through combat, through struggle, and through the disciplined study of stoic principles. My education came from hard-earned experience and the kind of common sense that only comes from actually living.
Combat changed how I see the world. It stripped away the rose-colored glasses and gave me clarity about what matters. I didn't come out the other side the same person—I came out with conviction.
Through our books and work, I want to offer you something real: not platitudes, but perspective. Wisdom earned through living. My hope is that by engaging with our literature, you'll discover something that resonates with your own journey and walk away with a deeper, truer understanding of what life is really about.
